A criminal company that is currently… A criminal company that is currently taking regular payments from my vulnerable disabled friend. There is no way if contacting these vile criminals and we are currently working with the bank and soon the police to try and retrieve and stop these payments.

Qoverus Criminals Absolute criminals. Took 100 pounds a month from my account for a ‘service’ I didn’t sign up for. Apparently supporting people to get a refund if they purchase something on line. Why would anyone need third party assistance for this. Steer clear. I am reporting to the digital fraud team..

Scammers Scammers. I am not sure how I got subscribed to their “services”, but I had to block my credit card to stop them charging me. I didn’t buy anything from Tower London, but I did order vegan gluten free bday cake (nursery requirements lol) around the time I got the notification email, that I missed, thus opening the gates for the unnecessary charges. I have unsubscribed eventually, but even so they keep sending spam, so now trying to unsubscribe for the second time. Update: they continue sending text messages after 2 requests to unsubscribe. So now reported them to ICO, I recommend everyone does the same, it’s ico.org.uk

Money taken without consent I checked to see if I got paid by work this morning and see a charge of £49, look back on previous months and overall so they have taken £152. I did not consent to signing up and never gave them my card details. I want a refund for all of this absolutely disgraceful. Update - I emailed them regarding the issue and they have stated a full refund will be done for £152 I will update further if this has been done. Further update - This has been refunded however it's still awful how this company is able to operate. Us customers trust these companies that we purchase items from to not share our card details to anyone especially not pass them over to services that gradually take money out of our bank and for the charge to increase the longer it goes unnoticed. I don't remember consenting to this subscription and many others don't either which shows there is a problem.
