Scammers Randomly began getting charged sums of £49 per month for this service that I never asked for. Had to cancel my cards and when i tried to call the number it didn't connect to anything. An online shop I did must have signed me up without my knowledge, and then Qoverus claim they sent me text messages and emails to unsubscribe. An email never came, and if I got a text from something called Qoverus asking me if I wanted to unsubscribe from something I was unaware I had signed up to, then of course I would just delete that. Utter scam. Utter (insert your preferred expletive).

Money taken without consent I checked to see if I got paid by work this morning and see a charge of £49, look back on previous months and overall so they have taken £152. I did not consent to signing up and never gave them my card details. I want a refund for all of this absolutely disgraceful. Update - I emailed them regarding the issue and they have stated a full refund will be done for £152 I will update further if this has been done. Further update - This has been refunded however it's still awful how this company is able to operate. Us customers trust these companies that we purchase items from to not share our card details to anyone especially not pass them over to services that gradually take money out of our bank and for the charge to increase the longer it goes unnoticed. I don't remember consenting to this subscription and many others don't either which shows there is a problem.

BRWARE ...This mob are Scammers BRWARE ...This mob are Scammers , I bought a pair of boots from Tower Footwear London and for the last Three months Barclaycard has had to stop three different attempts to take £27 a month from my account from these Qoverus scammers .

Took money without consent or knowledge. I awoke this morning to find £27 pounds was taken from my bank account by this company, a company I had no knowledge exists. I can only assume my details have been sold on to them from a recent transaction. I've emailed customer service just now and waiting for a reply. I will gladly edit this review once this matter has been reviewed and resolved. NOTE: this situation was quickly rectified by customer services and so resolved. Thank you.

Qoverus/Eshopsecu scam!!! I don’t know who this company is but they have been taking regular payments from my account that I’m now dealing with through my bank and have thankfully cancelled future withdrawals. I hadn’t noticed the regular payment until it increased from £27 to £49 to £69 pounds, at which point I was alerted. I’ve had no email communication or subscription information and the number I tried calling doesn’t connect to anyone. Who are you Qoverus and what have you to say?!
