Phishing scam, company will be sued This company clearly has a phishing scam going on. This company will be sued and brought down very soon. There are thousands of people just like me that open up their bank account and look at their transaction history and see that they are being charged a monthly fee from this company. I’ve never used them before, I have no idea who they are. I don’t need them. This is absolute bull-crap. I’m going to file a legal complaint against them.

WARNING!!!!!!!! WARNING!!!!!!!!! This company scams their clients with the fine print clauses. For example I have general liability. I've been paying my premiums and monthly bill for 3 years. I finally needed to file a claim, Next Insurance denied my claim under a bogus exclusion clause that contradicts what I was cover for. Everyone is rude at this office, they will not let you appeal, they do not have respect for their customers when it's time to make a claim. Bad Faith Insurance company, cancel now your waisting money with them!

Scam company Scam company. They dropped my workers comp while I was disputing costs with another company. Gross revenue declined, yet they increased liability costs by 25%. Deal with a local agent.

Customer Service Lacking I've used Next Insurance for multiple clients before and had a good experience. However, this latest round has required 2 months back and forth with delayed responses (only one time on my side) and no policy yet in place. This is an issue to not have timely enrollment in required policies. The only reason I haven't gone to another insurance provider is the integrated option with the payroll administrator we use. Otherwise, Next would have lost this policy opportunity. I will definitely look at other options before sending another client their way.
