GBPhishing scam, company will be sued This company clearly has a phishing scam going on. This company will be sued and brought down very soon. There are thousands of people just like me that open up their bank account and look at their transaction history and see that they are being charged a monthly fee from this company. I’ve never used them before, I have no idea who they are. I don’t need them. This is absolute bull-crap. I’m going to file a legal complaint against them.

GBWARNING!!!!!!!! WARNING!!!!!!!!! This company scams their clients with the fine print clauses. For example I have general liability. I've been paying my premiums and monthly bill for 3 years. I finally needed to file a claim, Next Insurance denied my claim under a bogus exclusion clause that contradicts what I was cover for. Everyone is rude at this office, they will not let you appeal, they do not have respect for their customers when it's time to make a claim. Bad Faith Insurance company, cancel now your waisting money with them!

GBRun - Charged over $7k in excess because of faulty audit Moved business and downsized 2-1/2 years ago. Had insurance rate cut, and make our monthly payment with no issue, but then, we received a bill for over $7,000 because they said we didn't finish our yearly audit (which we were never asked for). We than had the hassle of trying to reopen the audit, which they did, but we can't even login. Every single thing we type, is shows 'Bad Request' and will no even open the audit form. We have asked several times about this via email support, and keep receiving replies that say, "We have an update for you! Your reference number is -------. Great. How can I even view the update? Today we reeived an email from AmTrust showing our 'Final Audit'. Umm how can we even view this, and how would it have changed if you can't even let me fix the information you incorrectly change in the first place? This is an absolute joke.

GBTerrible Insurance Company We have been a loyal customer for years with NEXT and with no real explanation, we were dropped. We do General Contracting and never had a claim and never had a missed payment. We didn't even complain when the monthly payment went up for no apparent reason. Terrible way to end the insurance for no reason. Be careful, NEXT will take your money and give no loyalty or respect for your business in return.

GBJust signed up in April Just signed up in April. It was a easy process. I was able to obtain exactly what I needed for a decent price. In light of some of the reviews I just read, I hope that my experience continues to go well.
