NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY Disingenuous, unprofessional and unhelpful. Terrible quality customer service and quality of employee. No point expecting a response from anyone, it takes weeks and weeks. They do not care about their customers at all.

Extremely Frustrating I just attempted to pay an audit amount for my AP intego insurance policy. The online payment option said "not available for this policy" and when I called the phone number, it said my credit card could not be processed. I then waited for awhile on hold and got a representative who told me you have to press # after typing in your CC # and expiration date, which is never stated when you call their number. This whole process was extremely frustrating and could cause people to not make their payments timely, which could affect their credit score.

Bait and switch which cost thousands of… Bait and switch which cost thousands of dollars! We were originally charged a fee for not agreeing to an audit. The reason we didn't agree is due to the financial reports they wanted to access along with private company information. Our charges were originally $3,000. In order to reduce the $3k fee were instructed to agree to the audit. We agreed and proceeded to pay the reduced amount of $2,000. Once the audit was completed we were billed again but this time it was for $30,000! Once we questioned this new bill it was reduced to $11,000. We were referred to Amtrust by ADP Insurance dept. No one at Amtrust and ADP Insurance is helping sort these fees and the misguidance we've received.

DO NOT TRUST THESE CRIMINALS Absolutely terrible experience dealing with AmTrust. They quoted us around $780 for a 1-year policy and then at the end of the year conducted an audit in which they completely disregarded our actual payroll and decided they would multiply it by 10X and are trying to bill me an extra $8,000+. Completely criminal and a nightmare to deal with. STAY AWAY.

Not even worth a star ! Not even worth a star !! I purchased Unoccupied Insurance with this company via a broker . They would only agree to a minimum 6 month policy and lump sum payment only. Policy was in force just 31 days and the residual refund from a £225 premium was just £151.23. Absolutely scandalous. To add insult to injury I was told by my broker that the refund can take up to 31 days ro reach my credit card . When I clicked on the "Customer Service" link on my policy document I managed to latch on to a "jobs worth" adviser, the amazing Rory who said he couldn't help me as he only dealt with claims and refused to pursue my request to another arm of his company who may have been able to help, but was happy to bat me back to the broker (Onebroker.co.uk) who in turn blamed the insurance company for their administrative policies. I eventually got a the refund via their broker 17 days after my final email and 23 days after I cancelled the policy. Not even a covering letter, apology . My advice, read these reviews, avoid this company. even if their premium is competitive, the mark of the company is their customer service and in this company its not existent.
