GBStay clear Took insurance with insurefor which is a a group and needed to claim back for a holiday I had to cancel. Due to multiple pregnancy complications I’ve suffered in the past and loss of a baby, when I found out I was pregnant I didn’t want to be out of the country. I cancelled the holiday and provided a letter from the hospital doctor who detailed what had happened to me in the past and asked them to support this decision, they declined my claim because there was nothing wrong with the pregnancy at the time of cancelling. You will also find that the contact numbers on the policy documents don’t work and it’s incredibly hard just to try get through to someone. I also had to ring again to find out they’d declined me as id not heard anything from them. Laughable that they sent me an email asking to renew my policy with them. Stay clear of them, they will never pay out.

GBPoorly treated My son booked a holiday for us, a few days prior to leaving he lost his dad unexpectedly and we also received news my dad had days left to live..he died in the week we would have been away...therefore we had no choice but to cancel. Of the £3500 he paid was offered back just over £900 and still charged a cancellation fee. Shocking company zero compassion

GBWhat a crap company What a crap company. I had to cancel 2 Holidays which I paid for. I was paid out on 1 which was the cheapest of the 2 and they declined the other when I asked why they refused to answer my 5 emails that I sent although they acknoledged they had received each one. I am now taking my complaint to the Financial Onbudsman.

GBDon't BUY Don't BUY! the site offers false reviews and they use AXA as provider and they are awful! Got stranded without any ferry, flights or any other transport in el nido and lost my jon refundable accommodation. In Addition had to buy new accommodation for 2 days last minute costing me in total £900. For my surprise AXA only covers 20£ per 12h of delay and say that trip cancellation is only for trips to and from the uk. They thieves and liars!

GBShocking from start to finish Shocking from start to finish! Missed our flight in November due to wrong information from the airline. They also managed to lose our baggage in the process. The staff at Axa had no clue what they were doing, didn't understand my situation and it felt like I was talking to a robot every time I called. They filed the first claim and paid out £130 (around 10% of the total of my actual costs) then paid out £530 last week for the lost baggage. I claimed for £1600 worth of items. By far the most frustrating company I have ever dealt with.
