Shocking from start to finish Shocking from start to finish! Missed our flight in November due to wrong information from the airline. They also managed to lose our baggage in the process. The staff at Axa had no clue what they were doing, didn't understand my situation and it felt like I was talking to a robot every time I called. They filed the first claim and paid out £130 (around 10% of the total of my actual costs) then paid out £530 last week for the lost baggage. I claimed for £1600 worth of items. By far the most frustrating company I have ever dealt with.

AVOID AT ANY COST AVOID AT ANY COST! EVEN IF IT'S FREE I became very ill and got admitted to the hospital, I was diagnosed with pneumonia This meant that I was in and out of consciousness, I had no ability to deal with anything at all. My 19-year old daughter who was with me had to deal with everything. It cost a fortune, she had to borrow money from friends and family, she also lost out on her holiday as a result of looking after me. We've provided her insurance details too, they've just asked her to prove her medical bills. As for me: I have submitted everything which clearly states what happened to me and all the costs. But they are refusing to pay me. They've just sent me on a wild goose chase, making my life more misery.

AXA blatantly ghosted me I had a car accident and have had a back ache ever since. I have provided them with all the info including medical report and filled in the form they asked me to fill. Then they went AWOL. It's been a week that I'm sending them follow up emails and no response. This after their doctor had approved my claim. Last thing they asked from me were the receipts of being treated and hospitalization to which I responded there weren't any. I'm a student who is not working I am hoping on my insurance that I paid for to pay out so I can afford treatments. This is really disappointing

Poorly treated My son booked a holiday for us, a few days prior to leaving he lost his dad unexpectedly and we also received news my dad had days left to live..he died in the week we would have been away...therefore we had no choice but to cancel. Of the £3500 he paid was offered back just over £900 and still charged a cancellation fee. Shocking company zero compassion
