GBWOw where do I start WOw where do I start Avoid this company with all your might My name is Lord Delaney and the experience with this company has unprofessional, ignorant and underhanded not to mention incompetent. 4 times they have dropped my call There website portal / app is not fit for purpose and they have registered a claim when I had no claim in order to push my premium up I call this fraud !!! Apparently they have over 300 staff 6 in a row consecutively had no clue how to deal with the issue I will be moving to the more expensive company as all trust has been lost I truly Can not believe they are aloud to function as a insurance broker Avoid Avoid avoid!!

GBThese insurers sent an email to my 21… These insurers sent an email to my 21 year old daughter threatening bailiffs for an unpaid missed payment. We paid her car insurance in full last July. When we spoke to them it was because her black box had registered her being at her uni address. The operator had no understanding of my concerns around the incorrect information in the email. They then charged us £35 to add her uni address to the policy!!! Terrible company, won’t reinsure with them.

GBSCAM LIKE A SHAM MARRIAGE I pay for my insurance in full every year I got a quote through comparison site with ladybird insurance so who the hell are these numptys. A broker making extra dollar a month into my insurance I bought a new car and kept same policy they charged 245 admin fee plus cancellation of old policy. It was actually cheaper to insure new car. You can't drive other cars your not covered because thet are a broker I'm now with Hastings these dumb Aholes from London need to jump in the Thames

GBPoor customer service I chose this company because they courier car insurance. They gave me a reasonable quote and I paid the annual premium. The next day, before the policy took effect, they called me to say that they couldn't insure me. I asked about a refund and was told there would be a £60 cancellation fee. As the policy hadn't yet started, how could there be a cancellation fee? They were adamant and so I said that I would contact Trading Standards and also asked for details of their complaints procedure. A few minutes later they called me back to say that I would get a full refund. One positive note was that the refund was paid within a few days.

GBwish I could give zero stars policy… wish I could give zero stars policy cancelled due to speeding offence on my licence which wasn't declared, couldn't offer me another policy but charging me £ 165 cancellation fee. absolutely disgusting avoid I will never use rcib again. absolutely useless customer service I was promised a call back nobody called and it goes on. AVOID
