Worst car insurance company ever AVOID Worst car insurance company ever. They upped my insurance twice on the same policy quoting wrong information about my mileage. Then said 3 points that had come off I still had to submit for insurance purpose for 5 years. Policy cancelled and they took £220 without telling me and my consent to to take. Absolutely fuming avoid at all costs there customer service is very rude and don’t care.

WOw where do I start WOw where do I start Avoid this company with all your might My name is Lord Delaney and the experience with this company has unprofessional, ignorant and underhanded not to mention incompetent. 4 times they have dropped my call There website portal / app is not fit for purpose and they have registered a claim when I had no claim in order to push my premium up I call this fraud !!! Apparently they have over 300 staff 6 in a row consecutively had no clue how to deal with the issue I will be moving to the more expensive company as all trust has been lost I truly Can not believe they are aloud to function as a insurance broker Avoid Avoid avoid!!

Poor customer service I chose this company because they courier car insurance. They gave me a reasonable quote and I paid the annual premium. The next day, before the policy took effect, they called me to say that they couldn't insure me. I asked about a refund and was told there would be a £60 cancellation fee. As the policy hadn't yet started, how could there be a cancellation fee? They were adamant and so I said that I would contact Trading Standards and also asked for details of their complaints procedure. A few minutes later they called me back to say that I would get a full refund. One positive note was that the refund was paid within a few days.

Awful Honestly I have had a lot of messages about renewing my policy etc. However tried to call 4 tines without any success. Suspiciously when you follow automated service to cancel yoir policy it kicks you off the call. Left messages emails no response. My new insurance is 150 pounds less than their renewal quote as well. No loyalty any more

Worst Insurance broker. I wished, I have read this reviews before dealing RCib, stay away or you will lose your money and get nothing in return. I mean they are something else seriously. They have called me "to check" some details then recalculate my premium and managed to increase 30%. I have cancelled immediately and they still take money of my account. in short, 14 Days insurance cost me over £300 which should have been £82. 1. First payment £177.00 non-refundable even with in 14days or even part. 2. Cancelation fee £128.00
