It became progressively more difficult to get in touch with my assigned case manager. Neither phone messages, emails or texts were answered in a timely manner. After packet was submitted, and a submission date confirmed, silence fell. There were no more updates on progress or when we might see our funds. Total was eight months from date of submission of info (Feb) to funds appearing in our account (Sept). That was much longer than the 3-4 months I’d been told to expect.
