I paid my portion they told me to at the beginning of the process to make up for negative equity, only to do all the paper work sign and mail out everything for them to come back and say “the loan value has changed we need an additional $4000.00 from you. Such a waste of time. Then when you try to figure out what’s going on their timid sales people just won’t answer calls.

The one thing that could be better is if all the needed documents were requested at one time rather than a couple, then a couple more, then a couple more. It would have been easier if I could have just collected all my documents at one time.
