I like that I got approved I like that I got approved, but not for what the letter said that y’all sent me the letter said I would have 470 to 480 note but instead I have 6 hundred and something note y’all only save me 74 dollars instead of 2 hundred something so y’all lied

She help me with everything I needed to do to get my car refinance at a great rate! She walked me through every detail on the phone! Never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable if I was confused at times when I needed to get things notarized & signing all the documents! She had such kindness & patients & so understanding no matter what I needed to discuss with her! She is one of the most pleasant person & friendly that I had to deal with in my circumstances! Everyone I worked with was considerate… Everyone I worked with was considerate and helpful. They made the process quick and easy. The one thing that could be better is if all the needed documents were requested at one time rather than a couple, then a couple more, then a couple more. It would have been easier if I could have just collected all my documents at one time.
