She help me with everything I needed to do to get my car refinance at a great rate! She walked me through every detail on the phone! Never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable if I was confused at times when I needed to get things notarized & signing all the documents! She had such kindness & patients & so understanding no matter what I needed to discuss with her! She is one of the most pleasant person & friendly that I had to deal with in my circumstances! Josue Zaragoza provided a terrible… Josue Zaragoza provided a terrible experience. I’ve contacted him half a dozen times in regards to my refinance approval loan. He pretty much left me in the dark and stopped answering my phone calls, emails and texts. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
