First off during the whole mt4 mt5 US shut down they were super transparent in what they were doing to help keep accounts going. From what brokers we were going to; to the different platforms we were transitioning to. Clay even provided extensive training on what the platform would look like and how it would be used and incorporated. His business partner CEO Matt made videos almost everyday on how the transition process was going rather it was smooth or if bumps had been hit in the road. He shared problems and found solutions daily/weekly. Their genuine care for everyone to succeed is what really draws you in. It’s more like a family of traders all trying to see each other get to the bag. Even when things have happened unexpectedly Toponetrader has always stood by their Word and their Core values on being honest and wanting to help people succeed and for that I am truly grateful. A shining star in an industry that has more bad than good. I had some issues with a couple of my accounts. Now let me be clear..this was not with Toponetrader but with a broker that they work with because of the migration away from MT4 for US customers. They were forced to help their customers navigate to a new trade platform and they did so with sound education, patience, and empathy. When a potential hurdle arises or trading hiccups for what ever reason they offer concessions to their customers if they feel they could have served them better. They listen, they are responsive, and they are fair. I want to specifically mention Lars in customer support within their discord community. He has personally navigated some complex situations for me and "stuck with me" until a solution was discovered and implemented. The guys at Toponetrader are different. In the industry that is full of organizations that are only looking out for themselves....do yourself a favor and choose Toponetrader for a glimpse into an ethical, customer focused, forward thinking company.
