Best Platform for Building a Business I enjoy the ability to download podcast and take them with me anywhere. The emials are good, not those pesky spam eblast, they have content that is ACTUALLY RELEVANT. On both the podcast and YouTube videos, they provide timestamps so you can jump right to a topic , also, links are provided to resources and how to get connected with guest, which I appreciate and purchased a few books using those links. Their content is so robust (or should I say Rob-ust) that I find myself listening to topics I'd normally skip, because I know they will provide something useful. The website is easy to navigate and the emails are complimentary to the site as well.

Marketing to realtors at the expense of the realtors budget. Adam Macias with BiggerPockets used our client's local service ads(paid) profile to offer his services. Why market to real estate agents through their own paid marketing platforms? "Are you working with investor buyers and finding deals in Charlotte? The interest rates since last June have been making a lot of agents nervous. Are you against the idea of speaking more about this?"

Great place to meet real investors Great place to meet real investors. Bigger Pockets has opened up channels I did not have to connect through before. I have gained quite a bit of new information and met a lot of great investors, all with their own twist on things. It is nice to get other perspectives. I also enjoy working with like minded individuals who have varying levels of experience. If you want to be independent in the Real Estate world and grow at your own pace and comfort level, Bigger Pockets has much of what you need.
