They have countless success stories, many how-to's, endless forums/videos/podcasts, etc to arm you with information. It's also very entertaining.

Bigger Pockets is a GREAT company!! Bigger Pockets is a GREAT company in all aspects of real estate. If you are a beginner investor you REALLY need to look them up. Bigger Pockets will show you how to analysis a property for either a flip or rental, as well as inform you on the BRRR method which I never hear about until Bigger Pockets. Plus you can find realtors, finance, contractors etc. in your city or out of state. I like that if I can not make a live seminar, I can review the seminar at my leisure. I have told many people about Bigger Pockets and will continue to do so.

Easy To Learn From The people at biggerpockets are easy to follow and learn from. They provide an easy pathway to achieve some type of success in the real estate investing world. Their positive energy and factual data gives one hope and guidance. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
