ACRA is the BEST for NON-QM LOANS I recently had two loans that were for a foreign national. These were "difficult" loans that most lenders could not do, however, Acra handled them perfectly! My AE, Stephen Salantri, and my account manager Lindsay Stafford partnered with me throughout the entire process. Without them, I would not have gotten these loans to close. They are very responsive, knowledgeable, and diligent. We also needed to move these loans through closing very fast and Alexandra Miller and Alynne Clay from the closing and funding dept. were critical in meeting our closing deadline. I absolutely love Laura VanOlden… I absolutely love Laura VanOlden however your system is not easy to work with and the process is very delayed. It is not a great experience not to be able to view ANYTHING uploaded, reviewed or cleared. This puts the brokers in the dark completely throughout the process with high pressure on your team to give responses and updates which is a delay and waste of time. would be better if we could view loan all together.
