GBBest Futures broker I have found Best Futures broker I have found. Have been with most Futures broker, Ironbeam services and platform combination outshines the competition by a mile. Not only do they give near instant response to service needs, but their platform is the most feature rich free platform I have seen in a long while. I feel as if I have finally found a company I am happy to grow my account with.

GB3+ weeks to withdraw $ I’ve been a user of Ironbeam and Firetip for more than 10 years. Recently I’ve had horrible delays with fund withdrawal and poor access to customer service (I’ve been waiting for thousands of dollars for more than 3 weeks, they blamed a bad address and then tried to charge me $35 for a new check) and decided to try TD Ameritrade. I don’t think I’ll ever look back.

GBIf I could give ZERO stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. What is the point in being able to call for assistance for people that work there to be rude? If you don't like your job, find something else to do. They were extremely rude immediately upon answering the phone. The tone was like, 'why are you calling bothering me?' It's utterly disgusting that people like this exist. The guy rudely raised his voice several times. This is what "Customer Service" is these days. I will never use them again!

CAA+++++ Just funded my account so can’t speak for the trading side of things yet, but so far customer service has been amazing. Speedy and friendly calls, offering help with my setup into the SierraChart platform, even offered me continued help without knowing if I would continue the application process at first. Shoutout to Mark in LA! -G. Grace Hill

GBMike was extremely helpful and patient… Mike was extremely helpful and patient while guiding me through the use of the platform. If I could suggest improvements, it would be on drawing tools and indicators, especially fibonacci. Also, the ability to to click on the chart and set buy and sell and limit orders while setting stop loss and take profit all by "dragging" to desired price action.
