Happy new client Overall experience was fine. Had a little snag trying to open an account on a Saturday but the staff was very helpful and everything was resolved the next business day. Some help files (not videos) would be nice in the Getting Started area and also some online help on how to do the basic functions like add volume to a chart, etc. All in all though I think I will be a satisfied customer for a long time to come :) Thanks !

Mike Murphy at IRONBEAM.com has been… Mike Murphy at IRONBEAM.com has been very helpful and professional. He is knowledgeable about all factors of futures, stocks, ETF's and other trading markets. You don't feel like you're asking a stupid question when you call Mike. I'm sure he's very busy, but he makes you feel like he's got all day to assist you.

Stress Free Trading I've only been trading Futures for a short while and Ironbeam came highly recommended. Setup is stress-free and commissions are super affordable for someone just getting their feet wet. Support is personal and quick which you need when everything is still new. And most importantly the ability to get in and out of trades in a heartbeat while connected through a third-party platform makes trading a real pleasure.

The broker is listed on the Tradingview…BUT The broker is listed on the Tradingview platform as supported and integrated. I opened an account. 3-5 days, which is not bad. However, no Tradingview integration. I called and asked when I got the demo and was told only live accounts work. I got a live account, and it still didn't work, so I called and was told I needed to fill out another form to request it and pay a data rate. I'm going to try them for a while, but for now, I'm not really happy about the communication starting the account. I'll come back and update this review if the performance is good.

If I could give ZERO stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. What is the point in being able to call for assistance for people that work there to be rude? If you don't like your job, find something else to do. They were extremely rude immediately upon answering the phone. The tone was like, 'why are you calling bothering me?' It's utterly disgusting that people like this exist. The guy rudely raised his voice several times. This is what "Customer Service" is these days. I will never use them again!
