Reported our silver stolen. 4/26/2024 Update : We have now filed complaints with the Massachusetts Attorney General, US Postal Inspection Service (their promise to promptly return our silver was sent by US mail), the Federal Trade Commission, and the FBI Financial Crimes This company has not responded to communication in over a week, and has neither supplied a tracking number nor returned our silver. We have told them repeatedly to return our sterling silver, and they have not. Another company has offered us 3x the amount they did (based on spot price, not retail), and the replacement cost is over 5,000USD. As far as we know, at this point, it has been stolen. Looks like we have to start procedures with law enforcement. TO BE CLEAR : at this time, they are still not returning our silver... It is absolutely a lie for them to say they return it promptly. Find a trustworthy company to sell your metals. To protect yourself, only communicate with this company in writing. The only phone calls we are making are to the Federal Trade Commission and the FBI if our stolen sterling silver is not in our possession by close of business tomorrow (April 25, 2024) in the exact same condition we shipped it. Thankfully, every single piece was carefully photographed. We have very well documented every email. We have already emailed twice this week. Four demands by email for the return of our property, which has not occurred. Zero response to any emails since they said they would send the tracking number, which has never happened. Don't be duped by their replies here pretending they are trying to be helpful.

GBGreat business Great business. I wasn't able to accept the initial offer but we were quickly able to come to an agreeable amount. The lady that called was very nice and professional. Will do business again next time I'd like to sell some gold or silver.

GBEVERYTHING went well EVERYTHING went well. I had the option to print a Fed Ex label if I wanted to move quickly or to wait for a label to be mailed from the company. The company kept me up to date at every stage AND payment was prompt. In this day and age where customer service is sorely lacking in most industires, this company excels.

GBGot a very low offer so declined then… Got a very low offer so declined then received slightly higher offer and declined. Items sent back however a sterling silver gemstone ring was not returned. I had inventoried everything before sending and took pics. I sent them pics and emails and no response. I know I will have to write this off as a loss but it happened to probably be the most valuable piece in whole inventory. The process of sending them the silver pieces was easy I will admit but the return back was terrible. All the chains were tangled within each and in knots. I had a feeling not all pieces would not make it back but disappointed no one has gotten back to me. Again I will write this off as lesson learned and my loss.
