Don't take the first offer I did not like that I had to negotiate for the best price. Maybe I misunderstood how you value the price of gold that is sent in for assessment. However, I did think the communication was excellent. Email replies were very quick and friendly. I had two phone conversations. I believe that I spoke with the same person each time. She was very friendly and helpful. I truly appreciated her ability to address my concerns efficiently and satisfactorily. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future.

I don’t recommend this company I don’t recommend this company. They will take advantage of you when you are in desperate need. They are in it for themselves. If you do decide to use them, make sure to NEVER accept the first offer. They will pay 70% more if you decline first offer. Any response they leave on any of the reviews you’ve read are a complete joke. They are never really sorry, it’s just for show. These are not good people. The choice is yours. I lost out on allot of cash dealing with them. Any good reviews you see are from people that don’t have a clue that they were taken advantage of. Don’t let them get rich off of your things. Find someone honest. And do it face to face, so they can’t hide behind their keyboard, and will look you in the eye.
