Complete waste of time Complete waste of time. Gold is currently $39 a gram. They offered me $7 per gram. Everyone needs to make a profit but that’s absolutely ridiculous. Better off at a local pawnshop or gold dealer. Edit: Their highest offer was just over $300. I got $800 locally. Look local and you’ll be better off.

Don't take the first offer I did not like that I had to negotiate for the best price. Maybe I misunderstood how you value the price of gold that is sent in for assessment. However, I did think the communication was excellent. Email replies were very quick and friendly. I had two phone conversations. I believe that I spoke with the same person each time. She was very friendly and helpful. I truly appreciated her ability to address my concerns efficiently and satisfactorily. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future.

Gone are the days of having to bring your broken gold to a jeweler! I used to take all my broken gold to an actual brick & mortar, and before that they had gold parties at peoples homes. Well now I have a new method! From the comfort of home in my pj’s, I went through the seamless process of applying to have my gold appraised. They mailed out my packet, I received it a few days later, inserted my broken gold in it and mailed it out. Just a few short days later, I was given a generous offer, I accepted and boom, done.
