Responsive Complicated procedures with lots of different people, emails, texts, calls, etc... But the employees are responsive, helpful and care about the customer. At this point we are waiting for Divvy to address issues with the rental... we'll know more soon.

Divvy Operations Team (General feedback) Prompt, courteous service. Whenever I've reported any issues or concerns with the home, the Divvy team has been there for me. This feels like a true partnership towards home ownership. I appreciate that I can always count on Divvy to come through when needed.

The realtor was awesome The realtor assigned to me was awesome. Communication between us was the key. She really made the process easy and was a book full of information. Not one question I asked went unanswered. When I signed on to my portal the fast communication continued. Very helpful with any questions I had or worries.

DIVVY TITLE I worked with Deanna Stout as the escrow agent on my most recent transaction. Though there were some issues that arose throughout the process, she and her team came through for the buyer and our brokerage. Great communication! I cannot speak on the sales side of DIVVY homes, or their mortgage department, but title came through in a pinch.

Awesome experience Awesome experience. I just feel that the price does not align with the original vision of the founder. I feel that if the program is truly to help people get back on their feet or immigrants a leverage then the price is a just too high compared to the running costs and actual mortgage Divvy pays to the bank. Although, I’m grateful o can but state and warn others to ensure they work hard to jump out.
