Worst living experience in 38 years Worst living experience in 38 years of living. House was inspected and they only listed minor problems. After moving in, all sewage lines backed up, every water pipe in the house leaked, the main shut off valve was even broken. The garage floods, but they won't touch it because it's "not their responsibility". They did finally finish repairing everything needed, just before my 2nd year started. I couldn't get a mortgage in my first year so now the price of the house went up another 20k as per contract, so I will not be buying. I personally regret putting my family thru this whole situation.

Awesome experience Awesome experience. I just feel that the price does not align with the original vision of the founder. I feel that if the program is truly to help people get back on their feet or immigrants a leverage then the price is a just too high compared to the running costs and actual mortgage Divvy pays to the bank. Although, I’m grateful o can but state and warn others to ensure they work hard to jump out.

Avoid! If there is a natural disaster, you will be left hanging Everything went well to move in until our home was flooded during hurricane Ian. Took forever (2+ months) for them to get contractors out to repair. House was torn up for months. No functioning bathrooms. Eventually cancelled lease option contract as the home was unlivable, and contract states you get all funds initially contributed back within 45 days. Going on 60 days of termination with no refund. Extremely slow response to emails. Very poor customer experience. Doubt I would ever pursue that again. About to contact BBB and other remedies. Talk about making a poor unfortunate situation worse. All due to natural disaster. Buyer beware.

I really enjoy my experience with Divvy especially my Agent. Valeria Knox is a very experienced, knowledgeable Agent who takes her job very serious.

The agent I was assigned was awful The agent I was assigned was awful. In the entire process I never met her nor did any kind of face to face meeting. She failed to show up to showings or inspections. She would give us inaccurate information and would wait till the end of the day to update us leaving us no time to follow up or correct anything pushing everything back a day every time she did it. Chose your own agent and don’t let them assign one for you.
