GBThe real estate market may be the wrong place for Divvy Divvy is just another landlord and rent prices are nearly double the market rate. The approved purchase amounts are much lower than mortgage companies. It's cheaper to rent a place from a property management company until you're approved by a traditional lender. If the pricing is automated, the algorithm is off. The good part is they do a soft credit inquiry for pre-approval. Make sure you shop around and remember that you are a renter first when it comes to this company.

GBDivvy, The Helpful Professional Team I went through an unfortunate mortgage experience, and lost my home, not because of financial reason. I heard about Divvy and contacted them. I worked with a realty professional Megan and she helped find a beautiful home. I was able to close the deal and move in with 3 weeks! I didn't have many options to purchase a home but I will purchase my new before my lease is up with Divvy! Thank so much for the Divvy Team, Especially Megan!!!

GBDIVVY TITLE I worked with Deanna Stout as the escrow agent on my most recent transaction. Though there were some issues that arose throughout the process, she and her team came through for the buyer and our brokerage. Great communication! I cannot speak on the sales side of DIVVY homes, or their mortgage department, but title came through in a pinch.

GBI have been trying to contact someone I have been trying to contact someone left several messages. I left at the end of November, because the house had so many problems, so I stop paying rent advising divvy of all the issues. The A/C pan in the ceiling kept flooding so ceiling fell over the kitchen area. I advised them so they sent a sub-par repair company and they did a terrible job and was late. I had advised you all to send someone else you sent to same company. This was initially a great experience, however things changed. I was even infomed I would get $500.00 credit if I kept a hottub, never received... I was so excited, but their business model didn't work for me.... No I have been waitng almost 2 months for a savings refund.... NO ANSWER after all the calls .....

GBDivvy doesn’t care about your neighborhood Altruistic-Relief581 • 1m ago Divvy is selling a home in our neighborhood and hands out the code to get the key to anyone that calls. This is what happened next door to the home I live in and own. Then, after a few people got in the box and took the key, they changed the lock, ansked the mailman (in front of me) for a change of address, and now they are squatting in the house and cops can’t evict them. Having pool parties, smoking something that smells like week I. Front of my house, two dogs, and a baby, and DIVVY is taking no responsibility for it and leaving me to deal with fights next door to where I live.
