GBApparently credit card companies put… Apparently credit card companies put out alerts on gift card purchases, which leads to some cancellations. My gift card did go thru but was cancelled on several occasions as well. An erratic and frustrating process. Now I am waiting for processing on another gift card order. A long wait.

GBGood service Good service. I like the convenience. I have had issues with multiple cards on a single order. Website does not permit using the TAB key to complete a line entry and jump to the next field which is bad. Also, if you copy a prior card it's not easy moving through it to edit it with other info. As such, it's taken more time than I would like, but other than these small issues I am thrilled with the service.

GBI appreciate the use of a gift card I appreciate the use of a gift card. It may just be my lack of knowledge on how to use it. I would like to be able to add to my apps and have any over or under balance be used on another order. I may try that next time so I don't lose part of the value when ordering less than the card amount.

GBE-gift cards I have been buying from Gift Card Granny for years. I have never had a problem getting an e-gift to anybody I've ever ordered for. Christmas 2023 I bought my brother-in-law a $100 e-gift card. 4 months later he tells me he cannot located in his emails. I contacted gift card granny and explained what happened. I did not have a certificate number to give them. I only had my name and email address and his name and email address. They immediately found his certificate and noted he received it but it was not used. Within minutes they sent him a replacement e-gift! I highly recommend gift card granny for all your e-gifts for any age. I will continue to be using them.

GBI sent a gift card to a difficult… I sent a gift card to a difficult person. She did not get it in the time in which I was told by no fault of Granny. The USPS was so slow in getting the mail delivered on that time frame. Not the first time USPS did not deliver in a timely fashion. I had called and spoke to a wonderful young lady at Granny and we together decided to give the mail a few more days. It took them to the wire. Granny and personnel are perfect and I will select them for my needs again.
