They said they'd credit me the $200. It's been 3 months of 12 emails and phone calls and still no credit. Everything with them is slow and cumbersome. They're like dealing with the Federal Gov't Bureaucracy! Once this house flip is complete, I'm done with Equity Trust forever!

ETC is a helpful custodian. ETC is quick to process transactions. They make sure the transaction is legally compliant. They have some very useful tools to review how investments are performing. The staff is knowledgable and friendly.
