1st time home buyer There is only one thing that I did not like n was leery of. The fact that my loan agent was out of town. Came up a local phone number when he contacted me but the agency was located in another state. For being a first time home buying I would of preferred someone that I could of met n been able to go over paperwork in person.

He was always there when we called or texted, and that really is what sold us. Some of the other big lenders were hard to get ahold of and moved slow. Brent and Ian and his team were highly responsive, great communicators, positive and professional always. It was very easy to get them documents and I will definitely be using them again in future.
