1st time home buyer There is only one thing that I did not like n was leery of. The fact that my loan agent was out of town. Came up a local phone number when he contacted me but the agency was located in another state. For being a first time home buying I would of preferred someone that I could of met n been able to go over paperwork in person.

Great service, better people We had a great experience working with Brent and Lois at VeteransLoans. The VA Loan process is significantly different than a standard mortgage. It helped to have experts to go to with questions (even dumb ones). They were incredibly responsive, even taking time during their days off to deal with urgent paperwork. They were even great dealing with our...colorful...agent. I don't expect to need their services again for a long time, but when that time comes I will definitely be calling VeteransLoans. I can't recommend them enough.

In one word? In one word, arduous. But it could have been much worse. Lois Martin and Britney Bailey were the consummate professionals I needed during the process. First time homebuyer and veterans loans… First time homebuyer and veterans loans really went above and beyond for us, highly recommend! I was talking to at least 5 different lenders but Brent really connected with us and our needs and went that extra mile to explain every detail to us and even helped scrutinize other offers I had to give us the best deal. He was always there when we called or texted, and that really is what sold us. Some of the other big lenders were hard to get ahold of and moved slow. Brent and Ian and his team were highly responsive, great communicators, positive and professional always. It was very easy to get them documents and I will definitely be using them again in future.
