Not enough stars to give! Mark at Perl was amazing throughout the process. I just closed on my new house today! During the entire process, Mark was always available by phone and email to field any questions I had. Even on Christmas day! It was their customer service that ultimately led me to select them over the other lenders I received quotes from. Not only was Mark able to match or beat the numbers I was quoted by the others, he flat out treated me better as well.

The team led by Jose Rodriguez was… The team led by Jose Rodriguez was prompt in responding to my initial inquiry, understood my objectives and was clear in reviewing my options. We had attended a reverse mortgage seminar by David Hochberg in Huntley and were thinking a reverse mortgage would work well in our situation, but Jose and his team did an evaluation for us that showed a reverse mortgage would not achieve what we needed to do. They then prepared a refinance option that did achieve our objectives and worked efficiently to get the process completed, approved and closed in about 6 weeks. We can now sleep well each night......THANKS!
