SO HELPFUL! PERL made this easy on us! Every employee that helped us refinance our home was over the top helpful. We had a great expierence at PERL. We were always able to reach the employees via phone and email after “normal” business hours to ask questions that we had, or to just discuss the process further so we made sure we understood everything that was happening, and to have clarity on the next steps when it came to our refinancing. All in all, the thing I love best about PERL is how easy they made the process of refinancing our home to be. We refinanced in a timely manner, which was nice, too.
