He explained everything in detail & answered all questions. He was great about staying in touch with us and very good about return calls. We always felt that he had our best interest in mind with suggestions & information. Would give him an A+ rating.

Melissa and Abby were wonderful Melissa and Abby were wonderful. The stars given are theirs. However someone in your underwriting department just did not want to do this loan for reasons that I suspect but can't prove. Forgetting to cross a T or dot an I caused endless delays. An account opened for tires with a balance of $250 brought everything to a halt. We have outstanding credit, high balances that are paid in full every month, no debt to speak of. Everything was exactly right yet someone kept finding another reason to delay it. The loan finally closed three MONTHS after starting the process. By the way, any document asked for was scanned and sent the same day it was requested. I understand the second appraisal slowed things down a little but there was still something else going on here. Would I recommend One Reverse? Unfortunately I would have a hard time doing that. I am just glad it's over.
