They got your back Neil and Teri were always available to answer any of my questions and follow up with the process! They were there every step of the way and got my back. I can tell they love their job and it shows We had some hiccups along the way, some back and forth over some documents and requests. We had to extend the closing date but it still got closed after 2 stressful last days. I guess it depends on the lender selected for the deal so I am hoping the next transaction will be better

Quick closing achieved! Neil and Teri are very friendly and easy to work with. They helped get us great terms in a short amount of time. I am a foreign investor which adds another complicated dynamic and they are experienced with this which is why I chose to work with them. There were a couple hiccups along the way, mostly with the lender and last minute requests, but we were able to get through them together and get to our goal of funding and closing on the property. We will certainly use them again.
