They got your back Neil and Teri were always available to answer any of my questions and follow up with the process! They were there every step of the way and got my back. I can tell they love their job and it shows We had some hiccups along the way, some back and forth over some documents and requests. We had to extend the closing date but it still got closed after 2 stressful last days. I guess it depends on the lender selected for the deal so I am hoping the next transaction will be better

Commercial Lending is its own special… Commercial Lending is its own special headache, but Neal & Teri through their knowledge and what seems to be around the clock attention to customer files (seriously, 5:00 am emails and up to 9:00 pm emails, do they ever sleep??) you will feel and are well taken care of when you work with them to get your loans approved and cleared to close. I just closed my first deal with their assistance and I can assure you that it won't be my last.
