Excellent ... highly responsive service ... very confident in this dealer Very good experience, emails answered within 1hr. The postal service had a bit of trouble with a delivery and Penn was on top of it. Prices are within pennies per oz of all competitors and more often than not beat the others, whenever I've looked.

Excellent company to do business with. I had one minor issue with a coin that was delivered to me. Penn Metals responded immediately and made the exchange for a replacement coin as seamless as possible.
