GBCriminal!! I sent a cashiers check for a substantial amount of money and have not heard anything since dec 16th, as mentioned by everyone else in here I was told my order or refund would be sent by dec 23rd... at this point I'm working with the BBB, the Texas attorney general, financial crime division of the FBI, and U.S. postal inspection service. For their sake, Hopefully this gets resolved before drastic measures need consideration...

GBWOW! I have never been happier than I was when I checked my mailbox to see that I had received my Queen beast two-ounce silver coin. I'll tell you that after waiting the month for my preorder to come I was more anxious than an 8-year-old on Christmas eve. Although my wife has left me I know have a Queen beast two-ounce coin to kiss before I go to bed each night. Thanks, Penn Metals!

GBExcellent vendor I have bought from several online vendors before finding Penn Metals. I have, so far, made five flawless purchases from them. I will not spend much time shopping around in the future. They consistently had the best prices for what I've wanted and their service has been excellent. I just pre-ordered 2017 Queens Beasts and will buy 2017 American Eagles from Penn Metals when they become available for shipment.

GBExcellent company to do business with. I had one minor issue with a coin that was delivered to me. Penn Metals responded immediately and made the exchange for a replacement coin as seamless as possible. I have placed several other orders with the company and have been very pleased with their merchandise. I placed a few orders for vintage coins and their condition was better than I anticipated. Will definitely continue to do business with Penn Metals.

GBGreat service and quick shipping I have order a few items from PENN Metals. Originally I was slightly disappointed because I had ordered a morgan dollar and it should have been shipped in one day. I had to contract their customer service person to figure out what had happend. I was informed that there were a lot of orders going out and that they were just behind. I would've loved to get an email before i had to contact them, that would've been great. All in all though great service.
