I must admit I was a little worried … I must admit I was a little worried after listening to other peoples' reviews and not hearing much about the progress of my order from Penn M., but they stuck to their plan and sent out my order. I'm impressed with the company's perseverance to continue to do what's right in the thick of family health troubles and the closing of the company when they could have actually just taken the money and run like everybody thought they did. Hat's off to Penn Metals! Hope 2017 will be a better year.

First time investor of metals. Very much satisfied!! First off, I'm not some rich guy. I know virtually nothing about metals, but I have a slightly higher than average understanding of investing. Read somewhere about investing in gold and silver so I decided, what the heck, diversification is always good. The shipping was extremely prompt. The packaging was discrete, and as a new investor to metals, I'm THOROUGHLY satisfied. I just wish I made more so I can invest more (but I guess baby steps won't hurt me for now). Someone mentioned JMBullion, they seem to be a direct competitor. The only reason why I chose Pennmetals over them was because JMBullion requires you to purchase a minimum amount, whereas Pennmetals allows you to purchase single coins or bars if you so choose.....so in my opinion, they're way more flexible than JMBullion! Just my two cents.

Great customer service Competitive pricing and fast shipping make the decision to use Penn metals an easy choice. I like to comparison shop when I'm making my purchases. My last three orders have gone through Penn metals because they hands down had the lowest pricing versus all of their competition on that particular day. Fast shipping and accurate order fulfillment is also a huge plus. I buy from all the various precious metals vendors based on this pricing and order criteria, and lately, it has been Penn metals at the forefront when I am making my purchasing considerations. Good resource, but why would ANYONE not use a Credit Card.... I have been reading about everyone's thoughts, opinions, etc. I must say, that I purchased twice from them, I was happy both times. I do wonder why anyone would purchase such items from any vendor without using a credit card! I know you have to pay a bit more, but the insurance it gives the buyer out ways ANY savings. I am sorry to hear about their demise, even more sorry to hear that people are not getting what they paid for. You wouldn't have any issues if you paid by CC! In the future, be smarter, use your CREDIT CARD, it's always a win/win.

Great service and quick shipping I have order a few items from PENN Metals. Originally I was slightly disappointed because I had ordered a morgan dollar and it should have been shipped in one day. I had to contract their customer service person to figure out what had happend. I was informed that there were a lot of orders going out and that they were just behind. I would've loved to get an email before i had to contact them, that would've been great. All in all though great service.
