Great Company and Service I've been with this company for some time know and I have never had a problem with the service they give. They respond quickly to emails or return your calls the same day. I love the free shipping on any order which a lot of the other big companies have a minimum amount for free shipping. If these other bigger companies won't ship free on any order that should tell you something. Use Penn Metals for all your needs, you won't regret it.

Excellent vendor I have bought from several online vendors before finding Penn Metals. I have, so far, made five flawless purchases from them. I will not spend much time shopping around in the future. They consistently had the best prices for what I've wanted and their service has been excellent. I just pre-ordered 2017 Queens Beasts and will buy 2017 American Eagles from Penn Metals when they become available for shipment.

Criminal!! I sent a cashiers check for a substantial amount of money and have not heard anything since dec 16th, as mentioned by everyone else in here I was told my order or refund would be sent by dec 23rd... at this point I'm working with the BBB, the Texas attorney general, financial crime division of the FBI, and U.S. postal inspection service. For their sake, Hopefully this gets resolved before drastic measures need consideration...
