Kaoshi’s Exceptional Customer Service I truly appreciate the way the rep (Obinna) patiently walked me through the fund transfer process, step by step. Another thing is the reps are always available and you never have to wait long to be contacted by an actual human. That human connection is what’s missing in a lot of other brands’ customer service experiences these days. Kaoshi cares.

Absolutely Delightful Experience I just moved out of Nigeria and was having the most difficult time getting my Naira income out of the country. Balck market rates we're absurd enough, but I couldn't rely on anyone to help get USD to the US as well. As a first time user on Kaoshi, the tech was easy to use and didn't break, the process made sense and was cheaper than black market... And when I needed to interface with a person it was responsive and human. Best experience moving money across borders by FAR! I also loved how they indicated what competitive offers currently were, cause it helped me price my request competitively.

Great concept Great concept, looks like a great startup! Has great potential if more people actually get on it and use it more. You might not always find the best offer, but they do come eventually. Speed of payout isn’t the greatest yet, but with time it got better which I believe they’re working on. Chioma is definitely a keep! Great customer service and great communication skills too. They have a rare alert feature, which is good if your target is to send at a specific rate range. - you can’t be logged both on your account phone and pc at the same time. ( not so great). -Fees are reasonably ok. 0-1$ usually. -great guidelines when picking up an offer for the first time. -you’re likely to get just Nigerian offers( as I mentioned not many users yet.. broad reach better put)
