I know he has many different clients he assists on a daily basis, but I always felt that he gave this his personal attention. When I would call it would be “Hey Dave”, NOT oh uh Hi, can I get your birth date, policy number, or some other info where it would make you feel like ‘just a number’. You, (I) was his most important client is how he handled all my ridiculous issues with Voya. He hung in there till the bitter end. That is meant in a good way, not a bad way. Don’t waste your time with these… Don’t waste your time with these people. All dealing with them did was cost me an additional $267 premium when I would have been letting it lapse. They should have been able to tell they were not going to make an offer within a week instead of taking over a month; Especially since they had dealt with my insurance company before. Save yourself the hassle and just move on.
