I was a bit skeptical about refinancing… I was a bit skeptical about refinancing with LoanSnap because of some of the reviews. But decided to give them a try anyway because they were offering me the best deal and low closing costs and I am SO glad that I did. The whole process was super easy, efficient, smooth and so fast. The communication was great- any question that I had was answered quickly thru the chat and there were no surprises, no hidden fees etc. Everything happened exactly how they said it would. LoanSnap far exceeded my expectations and I am very happy that I went with them!!

Could use some improvements The experience was overall 4 out of 5 stars. We started with a call for all the information about the loan. The rest mainly was done through the portal from asking questions, uploading documents, questions and answers. I did wish that the team could’ve requested all the document during the 2-3 weeks of waiting instead of the last week before the close date. Other than that, everything else was good.

Best Mortgage Experience Ever My experience with LoanSnap was great! Their website is slick and kept me up to date on my tasks as well as their progress. My loan officer, Jared Miller, was upbeat, informative and helpful. An inadvertent delay was encountered, and everyone at LoanSnap put in 110% effort to get to closing on a timely basis. My experience was excellent My experience was excellent, started 12/24 and was funded 01/10. Jared and his team were very good at communicating what was needed from me and willing to respond to any questions or concernsI had within minutes of any text communications I sent his way. when I needed to speak with him he would call promptly or schedule a time to call if he was busy with other clients. Loansnap also had better rates then any other institution I checked with when researching where I wanted to get my loan. Overall this was the easiest cashout refinance I have ever gotten.
