GBGood rate, bad rep The rate was good but the rep failed to give me a heads up on the steps regardless of how I asked, only the NEXT step. As a result, my fiance now is on the deed to our home which is FINE but it would have been NICE TO KNOW!

GBBest Mortgage Experience Ever My experience with LoanSnap was great! Their website is slick and kept me up to date on my tasks as well as their progress. My loan officer, Jared Miller, was upbeat, informative and helpful. An inadvertent delay was encountered, and everyone at LoanSnap put in 110% effort to get to closing on a timely basis. GBCould use some improvements The experience was overall 4 out of 5 stars. We started with a call for all the information about the loan. The rest mainly was done through the portal from asking questions, uploading documents, questions and answers. I did wish that the team could’ve requested all the document during the 2-3 weeks of waiting instead of the last week before the close date. Other than that, everything else was good.
