Could use some improvements The experience was overall 4 out of 5 stars. We started with a call for all the information about the loan. The rest mainly was done through the portal from asking questions, uploading documents, questions and answers. I did wish that the team could’ve requested all the document during the 2-3 weeks of waiting instead of the last week before the close date. Other than that, everything else was good.

Best Loan Experience! Such a great experience with LoanSnap! We have bought or refinanced five times, and this was by far the best experience we have had! My loan officer made the whole process… My loan officer made the whole process positive, there were some minor glitches but they were handled quickly. Overall an excellent experience the ended up saving me nearly 200K IN INTEREST CHARGES!
