The communication with him and his team is always very detailed and if we didn’t understand something they would explain it to us and always answered our questions quickly. Uuuum well… Wellll let me start off by saying I think they tried their best. Everyone we dealt with was polite and somewhat seemed to have our best interest at heart. Although throughout the whole home buying process we could never get clear answers to our questions or clear instructions as to what they wanted or needed from us. Being a first time buyer it made the process significantly more stressful. Communication as a whole between reliant and outside parties was pretty poor. But they did get our closing cost pretty low which was nice. I’d be lying if I said “I would recommend.”

Just completed a first home purchase… Just completed a first home purchase with Jason, and everything went extremely smoothly. As first-time home buyers, we really appreciated how willing Jason was to take the time to talk us through what everything meant, and what every signature was committing us to. Funnily enough, we never actually met in person(!), but the process was managed so vigilantly by Tom and his staff that we never had to!
