Took a day of vacation Took a day of vacation. what a waste was not able to close until end of day. When I was scheduled for 9 am. Wouldn't recommend Reliant at all feel like I deserve a credit for time wasted!!!!!!!!!

Uuuum well… Wellll let me start off by saying I think they tried their best. Everyone we dealt with was polite and somewhat seemed to have our best interest at heart. Although throughout the whole home buying process we could never get clear answers to our questions or clear instructions as to what they wanted or needed from us. Being a first time buyer it made the process significantly more stressful. Communication as a whole between reliant and outside parties was pretty poor. But they did get our closing cost pretty low which was nice. I’d be lying if I said “I would recommend.”

Top Notch Service & Quick Turnaround This is the second time we've worked with Reliant, first on our purchase and this time around on our refinance.
