GBQuick Responses When I asked questions, Brie, Missy, and Makenzie, would respond quickly and do their best to answer my questions. If they didn’t know the answers, they’d tell me that, but would do the necessary work to find out and let me know. My only complaint is being asked for information, providing the information, but continuously (and repeatedly) being asked to provide the same information, over and over. The emails weren’t being read, until I pointed out I’d already pointed out that I provided it multiple times already. After that, there were no problems.

GBThey took over my mortgage from another… They took over my mortgage from another lender. I never wanted to deal with this company. The agent I talked to on the phone while trying to set up a past-due payment related to a family situation was condescending, inconsiderate, and rude. If you have the choice, find another lender.

GBEverything was awesome! Everything was awesome except for the overwhelming updates/incomplete documents from the VA loan side. There has to be a fix to this. Wrong closing dates, incomplete/missing numbers. Planet Home Lending has there stuff together, I wish VA loan side would streamline there process better.
