Extremely satisified! Cassandra and Ken were extremely helpful and patient throughout this entire process. We had a few issues which altered our closing dates, and they both were very flexible in helping me close at our desired date. Cassandra and Ken are true professionals and I would recommend their team to anyone in the market.

Quick Responses When I asked questions, Brie, Missy, and Makenzie, would respond quickly and do their best to answer my questions. If they didn’t know the answers, they’d tell me that, but would do the necessary work to find out and let me know. My only complaint is being asked for information, providing the information, but continuously (and repeatedly) being asked to provide the same information, over and over. The emails weren’t being read, until I pointed out I’d already pointed out that I provided it multiple times already. After that, there were no problems.
