Definitely an asset, has some times you can receive bad vibes as the human element becomes almost robotic... And Angel did a very good job at helping me to understand the things that I need to know. This is a very reputable company This is a very reputable company. Very friendly very business orientated. Evelyn Jackson and Shiann Weeden are the absolute best. These ladies are a great access to this company. I liked the fact they were not pushy salespeople. They were very cool calm and collective. These two ladies Evelyn Jackson and Shiann Weeden have a natural spiritual way about them. I have and will continue to tell all my family and friends about my wonderful experience. Very poor customer service Very poor customer service, cannot reach anyone with questions. When pointing it out to lending tree, rather than your usual, sorry to hear, we will address your concerns, I get a snarky, you’re wrong response. Zero stars out of 10 to Ovation and Lending Trees “customer insult” department

Derrick was my initial point of contact… Derrick was my initial point of contact and I learned more from him in a few minutes than I could ever ask for. I was then efficiently transferred to my case manager, Deshawna where the truly fantastic experience continued. All information was in my email right after our call, and both Derrick and Deshawna were incredibly helpful providing their phone numbers for all my needs. I immediately feel so much better that my credit is in good hands and I cannot thank them enough!
