DISMAL Customer Service Skills I was harrassed by a credit analyst named Wesley Wells who claimed to work for the company, then SCREAMED at me on the phone “HOW COME YOU HAVEN’T DONE THIS YET.” When I responded “thank you for calling, goodbye,” he left a voicemail asking what happened and proceeded to tell me I was “excited” about hearing about these services.

Cancellation Process I called to cancel out my first initial payment until I'm ready and thought they were going to send me through the run arounds, but the cancellation was actually very easy. The woman didn't hassle me or anything. it was a great experience and very quick. I will be calling back restart, but at the moment I have a lot to do and only cancelled because I felt as though that I'm moving to fast and just started getting back on my feet and chose to take everything one step at a time.
