In addition to saving me a HUGE chunk of my closing fees (about $11,000), the Hauseit team has been very supportive in the context of a very difficult transaction. I would highly recommend Hauseit to anyone purchasing a condo/home...I have never heard of any company who gives you back 2% of the brokers' commission to be applied towards closing costs before I was referred to Hauseit by a friend. Best decision ever! Thank you so much Hauseit team!!!!

Transparent Process & Great Service It was great working with HauseIt. We had an initial call to find out more about their services with Chris. We spoke about their model, our needs, expectations and it was all very transparent. We were matched with an amazing agent, Vivian, who works in the Westchester area and began the process of finding a home in a highly competitive market. She was such a pleasure and was ready to meet with us whenever we needed to view a house. We were looking in various towns across from Larchmont/Rye, to the River towns (Irvington, Dobbs Ferry etc), and she was usually there with us for open house and showings. As we narrowed down our search, she went as far as attending and videotaping a house that we couldn’t go see. She also got us in to view a few houses before they went on the market. This allowed us to put in an offer early and eventually secured our home. Whatever we needed communicated to the sellers agent, she took care off and followed up on any outstanding items post-sale. She also changed travel plans to attend our closing! We really enjoyed our experience and highly recommend using their services.

Hauseit takes the angst out of FSBO! We saved a ton of money, but we also were spared a ton of aggravation. Hauseit sent a great photographer and got our apartment listed on all the sites that count within a day or two. The person that helped us with the open house was fantastic and extremely professional. We had 3 offers that day, and are hoping to be in contract soon. Really, I couldn't recommend Hauseit's services more. I was very intimidated by the prospect of going FSBO, but with Hauseit, we never felt like we were alone. Entirely worth the very reasonable fee.

Mat and the team at HomeDax were… Mat and the team at HomeDax were highly professional and responsive. Mat provided valuable market insight and helped guide us to a successfully completed transaction. He provided solid feedback from prospective buyers on a timely basis. He helped us smoothly navigate the board application and review process which can sometimes be problematic in NYC. We have bought and sold a number of homes in NYC in the last 10 years and have used different brokerages. Mat’s service and performance was excellent from start to finish.
