GBGreat experience! I gave my attorney the closing documents for review and he advised to avoid Noah...Then I reviewed Noah and a competitor's closing documents carefully...the closing docs were very similar...Noah gave me a higher appraisal and therefore a better investment amount...the CEO got involved and resolved an issue I had...the team communicated with me to my satisfaction...I chose to Noah...I only hope that when we have to conclude the option that the estimates and calculations compare with equity for both parties...

GBNo Company as bad. Call Point instead Working with Noah and spruce has truly been the worst business experience of my lifetime. It is an absolute marvel at the level of incompetence, misinformation and out right lying that has taken place. In the past, I have dealt with point, and had a marvelous experience. Dealing with Noah is completely opposite. However if you are in need of missed commitments or constant apologies, Noah is your company.

GBLow Risk If you believe your home value will appreciate well, then Noah is a great choice. We did a lot of research on other companies (Unison and Unlock) and decided to go with Noah because of their 18% APR cap. Especially, if you live in the area where market is doing great, it is a great idea to go with Noah since maximum money they will take from you is the money you borrow plus 18% interest per year. We are very grateful for Sang's professionalism, timeliness, and efficient communication. She is a real gem.
Great Service and Experience
GBFranco was fantastic with his follow… Franco was fantastic with his follow ups. Gave me updates even if we were waiting on items. He always called first to explain what he needed from me before just sending an email. Obviously I was a little nervous but the entire team was available during the closing when I had questions as well. It was a great experience overall. Thank you to the Noah team.

GBGotta give them 5 Gotta give them 5 stars because that’s what they need to get their raises and such. You gotta. Worker solidarity. Process was relatively easy. They were quite responsive. A few times I had to show them where I had already uploaded a document they said I needed, but when the error was pointed out they quickly found the documents and got me on my way. Signing of documents was easy to arrange, and the funding was super fast. Def recommend if you’re in a crazy housing market and already own a house that keeps adding value/equity :)
