Amazing Customer Service The customer service at Ladder Loans is top notch. They patiently answered all my questions and were there every step of the process. Couldn't recommend a better lender.

Terrible customer service I tried to get a loan through Ladder Loans. I filed out the online form to get told to call them. So I call. The gal that answered seemed nice enough but when she asked if I was going to use the loan to consolidate debt I said all I am looking for is a personal loan and asked if she needed to know why I wanted it she hung up on me. My thought is that if you want to do business with someone answering a simple question would be, oh I don't know, pretty important? I would have answered her if she would have told me that they needed to know for whatever reason but she just hung up. I may be wrong but usually to do business you may actually want to keep people on the phone. I'm sure I didn't/shouldn't have offended her by asking that simple question. You really have no idea these days but I'm sure that question didn't have any offensive language but I guess it may have somehow. Sorry Ladder Loans that just felt like a big ol' middle finger from your employee and company

The best choice for me At first I was skeptical for many reason. However, my representative, Patrick, took the time to detail and explain, along with answering any and all questions, assured me I've made the right choice to get my credit back on point. Everyone will have different experiences, I say trust your gut and do what's best for you and your credit. I'm glad I did.
