My service rep was VERY helpful My service rep was VERY helpful. I never give 5 stars because that would imply there is no room for improvement. Asking for a return call, not anwering the phone on that return call, then saying "I saw you left a message but I didn't listen to it..." leaves room for improvement. ☺

Bad - Unreasonable and rude conduct I have used this company in the past, this time is by far the worst experience, when we call...these employees are rude, disrespectful, hard to get a hold of once you start communication, calls do not get returned in the timely matter, they speak to you in a condescending way. Just horrible

Lightning fast application, approval and funding If you don't have options to go with a more traditional personal loan due to past credit I recommend cash call. I have had a few loans with them that of course I paid off early. If it wasn't a high interest loan with a $1500 application fee then they would receive 5 stars!
