I was a little reserved about how much the loan was going to cost me and she had no problem explaining it as many time as needed to make sure I understood it. I was also on the road but needed to get this done and she helped me every step of the way to assure I got my money as quickly as possible and called me though every step to update me on what she needed. Very helpful and knowledgeable and I have already referred her and her company to a person that needs the same thing I did, to bridge the gap between checks coming in and making payroll. She was a big help!!

Customer service For a short term loan cash call is great. I got a loan 2 years ago and paid it off in 4 months. (NO PRE-PAYMENT PENALTY)!! Yesterday I found myself in need for some immediate money so I called cash call again. I couldn't believe that they still had all my information on file so it literally took just 5 minutes to qualify!! Kuah was really helpful and remembered me. Again I would suggest for a SHORT TERM LOAN that you use CASH CALL!!!

My service rep was VERY helpful My service rep was VERY helpful. I never give 5 stars because that would imply there is no room for improvement. Asking for a return call, not anwering the phone on that return call, then saying "I saw you left a message but I didn't listen to it..." leaves room for improvement. ☺
