GBAsk for Cinthia! Cinthia is very prompt, friendly, and helpful! Great experience! I felt sometimes, like I was bothering her, and she assured me everytime that she is here to help. Definitely appreciate that, with being a nervous, unknowing, first time home buyer! She made a nice, smooth transition for me.

GBTyler and his team at Cardinal were amazning! Tyler and his team at Cardinal didn't miss a beat. They were "ahead" of me on virtually everything, and that can be hard to do. Their professional guidance and explaining the optionality along the way were critical to my decision points. They did what they said what they would do and they did it in a very clean and concise communicative manner that provided me peace of mind throughout the entire project. Their organization and tooling allowed for an efficient process and one that was visually trackable in real time. We contracted and closed in less than 30 days. Everything went off without a hitch thanks to Tyler, Jillian and the rest of their team. Thanks!

GBPark City Mortgage I used Cardinal Financial to get a mortgage in Park City. The entire process was extremely simple. They are experts in the region. Importantly, the seller's agent also recognized Greg as a trustworthy lender, so when he indicated that he was confident in my ability to close, my bid was chosen.

GBI am a RE agent dealing with an out of… I am a RE agent dealing with an out of state buyer using this company. Almost ZERO communication regarding whom to contact & important deadlines! -The LO I was told was handling it...was not. I wasn't given the name of the correct contact person until I did a lot of digging after being ghosted -Appraisal deadline: if the buyer doesn't get the appraisal back in time for the deadline, they are legally liable to pay the offer amount regardless of whether it appraises! (Do they CARE about their customers?) I called the appraiser to find out when it was submitted because the person I was in contact with, didn't know where it was. I told them that they DID have the appraisal, because she had sent it to them right away after doing it, (Then it was "magically" found) -LC deadline. I know many states don't have this, but if you have a license to operate in a state, you'd better know what that state's contracts require! And not wait till nagged to provide the documentation by the deadline...to the correct parties. (Don't act as if it doesn't matter!) -Did not really do anything of their own initiative regarding getting important info & docs to me -Interest rates are less than stunning. The buyer could have saved as much as 2 percent if they'd used a different lender...

GBDon't use Bill Leear Loan Office. What do you means what went wrong this time? I'm a Realtor and would like to share a horrible experience I had with Bill Leear Loan Officer with Cardinal. I gave him two loans, one for a refi and the other was a Sales and Purchase. He was unsuccessful and ignore pertinent information regarding my client before starting the loan process. Which should have been check prior to the loan. This tells me in my twenty years of doing Real Estate he is not experinced or he really didn't want my client to have the loan. In addition, my client spend a lot of unnecssary funds. So I want to end with, I hope no one will experinced this, just down right ridiculous.
